Scott Perez
Owner
As an owner of Cornerstone, ​Scott is in charge of everything operations related. That includes buying supplies, making sure our trucks are running, helping our crews all around the metroplex and more. 
Scotty has been with Cornerstone for more than 10 years and worked in tandem with Lokie Sr. to learn everything about the business.

Lokie Perez Jr.
Owner
Lokie Jr. is one of the two owners at Cornerstone. Both he and Scott were taught and trained by Lokie Sr, their father and founder of Cornerstone. Today, Lokie runs the business together with his brother Scott.
On any given day Lokie may go from fielding evaluations to managing client relations and cross-industry partnerships.

dave Baker
Sr. Field Technician
Dave Baker has worked with Cornerstone for more than three years and is one of our top field technicians. Dave travels all around the metroplex visiting homes and helping people with their questions regarding foundation, drainage, concrete and more. Dave also works with his wife to help run our front office.

Sharhonda Baker
Office Manager
Sharhonda Baker is Cornerstone’s Office Manager. Sharhonda is our Swiss Army knife and makes an incredible impact by doing everything from taking calls, setting appointments, building proposals, and reaching out to our clients. 

Allan Torres
Marketing Manager
Allan Torres is Cornerstone’s Apprentice as well as Marketing Manager. With a degree in Emerging Media and Communication from the University of Texas at Dallas, Allan helps with everything digital from our website, social media, community outreach, and CRM management.

Buddy Celman
Director of External Projects
With over 20 years of experience, Buddy is knowledgeable in everything from the floor to the roof. Upon completion of your project, Buddy will visit with you regarding all of the things they may need to come next. Whether it’s flooring, paint, sheetrock or your roof, Buddy is the guy.
